My alarm went off at 5.30am and I woke with that horrible feeling, you know, the Monday one. I had no expectations for the day, I got up, went to work and then all of a sudden out of no where my day turned a lovely shade of rosy. People started complimenting me. Some of the staff, one of my bosses, I was baffled!
At lunch time I made a presentation and it went down a hit. I honestly have no idea what happened. I thought it was pretty mediocre but people wanted copies, for like, personal use!? And then to top it all off, I came home and Mom made me a beautiful apple pie.
Just. because.
I have a new attitude. Mondays are now officially my thang.
