Don't you hate it when...

1. Your taxi driver starts driving on the wrong side of the road. You start screaming at him and as a compromise he drives on the grass divide.

2. Your precious bottle of vodka falls and smashes on the ground from under your jacket where you were hiding it. In front of your mother. And she starts laughing. And then cleaning up the glass on the street in case a child gets injured. Laughing raucously as she goes.

And all in the same night.
