Really sorry for the lack of updatee guys, the internet over her is shockingly slow! Since i've lastbeen online I went on a weekend safari to Chobe (northern Botswana) and had the most AMAZING time ever! Such a beautiful country and we could look right over the border at Namibia, didn't get a stamp in my passport though.. :-( I was literally 10 feet away from a herd of lephants, had to leave after a while though as the (absolutely humongous) bull started to mock charge at our jeep! Saw millions of other herds as well on the plains so I would definitey recommend it tonyone in the area!
in Dar es Salaam there yesterday and unfortunately I sneezed in the airport! Got detained by the Tanzanian authorities for a while with suspected Swine Flu but fortunately I passed the test and got out alive. I mean they only took my blood pressure and temperature...hardly the most sensitive or specific way to pick up cases!
Met some Irishpeople last night and by PURE accident I knew one of the girls there. I thought she looked VERY familiar and started quizzing her, turns out I'm friends with her twin sister! Off on my merry way to Zanzibar now this morning, so can't wait to share all my lovely beach news with you soon.
Mwah!
